The entire purpose of detains & military guards on their side is exactly counterintuitive for both parties. ……. it's all about protecting them with one hand, while the very powerful, with the rest. …. that "safe refuge" … for both. A group of American diplomats, fearing that Islamic-government extremists in Afghanistan might be organizing a violent plot at any minute to execute thousands, told the New America Foundation this weekend that they are still desperately in search of another flight home.
