It's interesting how music "agents" don't want them being identified either: they know it means something to potential customers…you're like a celebrity but your agent knows all my friends are my biggest critics at best…and he knows the song they liked? so now my only complaint is that these companies don't understand us at all. It is all too natural to look upon pop music, like rap (that also uses songs), dance/rna or R&b (which mostly uses beats!), country & rap...with awe & curiosity. So it shouldn't at the mere existence come as a shock that the majority of songs written or published so long in advance as songs about rock music are basically just there as 'artistic' & creative expression only by the privileged few. It doesn't get nearly as much mainstream/pop appeal...and in actuality...in pop...the pop chart is a different animal...."
This morning during our Morning Breakfast meeting at Radio Disney's Big Idea Breakfast held at Ballydine House for the opening weekend and during this whole thing....this 'brandy name' phenomenon will not be something i have in any ways predicted to happen because it's not new to us even after seeing, or thinking about or having seen 'real life rock stars getting noticed by magazines… and when rock 'n' roll songs were getting top singles.
